Firm founder and High Tech Practice Head Kristie Prinz currently serves as Vice Chair of the Programs and the VOIP Committees for the Science and Technology Law Section of the American Bar Association (“ABA”), and she is a member of the ABA Science and Technology Section Nominating Committee, the ABA Business Section Cyberspace Committee, the California State Bar Business Section Cyberspace Committee, the International Technology Law Association, the Women’s High-Tech Coalition, and the High Tech Sector Group of Licensing Executives Society at both the Silicon Valley and national levels. She also serves as a member of the Corporate IP Management Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association (“IPO”). Her previous service included two years as a member of the Copyright Committee of IPO, and two years as the Chair of the Copyright Licensing Subcommittee for the ABA’s Intellectual Property Law Section.

Firm Founder and High Tech Practice Head Kristie Prinz is also a regular media contributor on high tech and intellectual property issues.  She has authored numerous "Ask A Lawyer" columns on intellectual property issues for Lawyers.com, and makes regular appearances on CNN Radio, American Public Media, Dow Jones, and Sky Radio.  She is also a frequent speaker and writer on intellectual property issues in the high tech industry.
